I would have to say that hooping is the most fun you can have standing up!

I find the hand hooping good for releasing tension in my arms andshoulders after a day at work in front of the computer. This is the first exercise I’ve done that had good results in all those troublesome areas: hips, thighs and butt! And it’s so much fun. I like the “no pressure but give it a try” attitude of the class too.
